They will try their best to solve this issue for you. Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed, and that it could be too late to make any adjustments.

Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 working days counting from the day you received the shoes. You can open the package and check the contents. However, the shoes can only be returned when they are completely unused, tagged and sent in the original packaging, double boxed.
Return costs are for the customer, unless otherwise indicated by HTS74 customer service.
How can I return my order?
You have 14 days to return your order after receiving it. Orders must be returned unused and in the original packaging.

What are the costs to return an item?
The costs of the return depend on the shipping company and country that you ship it from. Please check with your local post office for the price. Please note that return shipments are at the customer's own expense.
When do I get my refund?
We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account that was used for the order.
Did you receive my return?
Once we have received your return, we will process the return as soon as possible. It takes a maximum of two working days to start processing your return. Once it is processed in our warehouse, we will start the refund or store credit process. We will send you an email once this is finished.
It is correct that the rubber outsole is not glued to the midsole in that area. The reason being that the EVA can compress more at heel strike than the rubber would be able to stretch when attached.
The sole was developed for trail running. In the mountains you run mostly on uneven terrain. Decoupling the midsole helps with a more natural landing, absorbing the force when stepping on uneven surfaces like rocks.
